Mocha Munchies

Ingredients:
- 1 large, commercial angel food cake
- 3/4 cup margarine (1-1/2 sticks)
- 2 teaspoon instant coffee
- Few drops water
- 1 lb powdered sugar, sifted
- 3 tablespoon prepared strong coffee
- 2 tablespoon brandy or rum (optional)
- 2 cup finely chopped pecans (more if needed)
Directions:
Cut entire angel food cake in 1-inch cubes. In a medium saucepan, melt margarine. Dissolve instant coffee in a few drops of water, and add to margarine. Stir in powdered sugar, prepared coffee, and brandy; mix well. Place pecans in a clean plastic bag. Using a long-handled, 2-prong kitchen fork, skewer each cube; then gently dip in coffee icing. Drop iced cubes of cake in the bag with pecans, and shake to coat cubes. Refrigerate munchies until serving time. Keep refrigerated.
