Ellen's Sour Cream Corn Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8-3/4-oz.) can cream-style corn 
  • 1 cup sour cream 
  • 1 cup self-rising cornmeal mix 
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients until well blended. Spray an 8-x 8-inch baking pan with oil. Pour the mixture into the pan, and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into squares to serve hot.
