Crunchy-Topped Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon bourbon (optional)
 - 1/2 cup raisins
 - 1/2 Granny Smith apple, finely diced
 - 1 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/3 cup milk
 - 2 none eggs, well beaten
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
 - 1/2 cup margarine, melted
 - 3 fully cooked, whipped sweet potatoes
 - 1 cup light brown sugar
 - 1/2 cup plain flour
 - 1 cup pecans, chopped
 - 1/3 cup margarine, melted
 
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all casserole ingredients until very well blended. In a medium bowl, mix all topping ingredients. Prepare a 9-X 13-inch baking dish with spray-oil. Spread the sweet potato mixture in the dish; then sprinkle with the topping. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
