Cowboy Cookies

Ingredients:
- 2 cup plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup white granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup granola cereal
- 1-1/2 cup cornflakes
- 1 cup uncooked quick oats
- 1 cup flaked, canned coconut
- 1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a
large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. In an
electric mixer, cream the margarine and both sugars. Add eggs, one at a
time, and the vanilla. Gradually beat in the flour mixture until well
blended. By hand, stir in both of the cereals, oats, coconut, and
pecans. Prepare cookie sheets with spray-oil. Drop cookies by
spoonfuls to 50 cent size. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12
minutes. Makes about 90 to 100 cookies.
