Candied Spiced Pecans

Ingredients:
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 8 cup Priester's pecan halves
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with heavy-duty foil. In a large Dutch oven, heat butter over medium-low heat until melted. Add brown sugar, cream, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves, stirring to combine. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in pecans. Spread pecans in an even layer on a prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Let cook completely on pan. Store in an airtight container.
