We had so many strawberries we immediately began experimenting in the kitchen with a way to use them. We came up with our sweet heat pepper jelly. The perfect mix of sweet strawberries and spicy jalapeños. Sweet Heat is literally amazing on everything! We love it on smoked salmon, cream cheese, pimento cheese, as a glaze for meats and seafood, and everything in between!"
